My name is Tomina Vodarici and I am a consultant for Erasmus Consultancy Project 2018.
I am currently a full year exchange student here at RSM, in my third year of Bachelor studies, and in 2019 I will have achieved a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from University of Warwick in the UK. My interests include strategy consulting and supply chain management, with an emphasis on all technology sectors, as I feel challenged by their rapid pace of growth and innovation. As part of RSM’s programmes I have had the chance of completing a minor in Strategy Consulting, which offered me the necessary methodology to understand the basis of structuring a consultancy project, while having the opportunity to apply theory on a technology start-up from Norway. Apart from my academic studies I have also been a part of the European Youth Parliament for 5 years, where I occupied all positions from delegate to President of the session and participated in two International Sessions. Apart from leadership and teamwork skills, the project made me gain valuable and extensive knowledge about various political and socio-economic factors that contribute to a better understanding of global economies.
For this project, I expect to gain even more insight on the thrills and challenges of consultancy, which will further prepare me in becoming a good consultant. I hope I will be able to live up to the expectations this amazing project sets and be part of a change for Indonesia, the companies I will represent, and myself, no matter how small.
